Meen and Emma's Graduation Day

They made it !! 
Both now hold a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. Congratulations Meen and Emma!!
After sharing this special day with both of them, we went to Mekong Thai for dinner and dessert at Glenelg. Certainly was a memorable night for all of us. Congratulations again

Adil went through all the troubles to setting up a nice cosy dinner environment for us.. we had to take pictures of it
We had chicken kurma and some veggies for dinner. Then there were Haz's "teh tarik" and a Max Brener "immitation" of hot chocolate for dessert. Heaven.... 
Meen and I walked it all off with walking back home 
Free from guilt

 Lamine Jalloh
Sulay is a daddy! He was born during the FIFA games about 4 days ago. He still has no name. According to Sulay, they don't name him until he's a week old in their culture  Later on Sulay announced his name, Lamine Jalloh
Meen and I we were supposed to meet them at 2 but we arrived at 4.30pm. Typical malaysians, aint it?
We bought the baby a soccer bib to celebrate the FIFA baby 
And flowers for mommy Fatma 
And KFC mashed potatoes to the world's most famous potato-lover

Autumn is here !!

The park was beautiful with autumn leaves 
There ducks roaming near the pond but I couldn't help chasing them  so unfortunately we didn't get to take pictures of them  But apart from that, we had fun.. with the leaves..
After that we went for an early dinner at Sushi Train.

IKEA

We were house hunting again today and found an unfurnished apartment to our liking. Since it was an option, we decided to go IKEA to budget our furnishings (if we decided to take out on an unfurnished place).
But before that, it's lunch time at one of these Thai restaurants near Grenfell Street. It was okay but I had training earlier in the morning and was tired so my appetite wasn't helping. 
IKEA just opened here and they've got quite good items on reasonable prices.

Spices Restaurant

We went house hunting today. On the way back to Magill, I was really hungry so we went and try this restaurant near Hindley Street. "Spices Restaurant"
It was good. I had fried kuey teow and we all shared fried ice cream for dessert. It was goooood
