Nail Paint and Billby

Here are some shots of our fingers we got done at one of the booths at the funfair. We bought a box and surely will have fun with it. 
In the morning after the excitement of the funfair, I saw a dead billby in our backyard. This is a rather rare species in oz and it probably got hurt while playing or fighting last night (they were really noisy) and end up lying down in the cold rain last night and died. The landlord will bury it in the afternoon.

Bday !!

Finally it has come.. We went to the funfair which only happened once a year and happen to fall on bday !!  There were games, rides, baby pets, goody bags, food and heaps of people!! Eventhough it was drizzling that day.
We spent the whole day there and it was not the end of it when we reached home, there was a surprise party waiting for me in Suc's room. With pizzas and cake and loving friends, what more can i ask for?

On the Eve of my bday

 and it's all done.. 
It's a tradition for us to celebrate our birthdays the day before the real date so we can share the midnight together. So on the eve of my bday I treated us all to this new Thai Restaurant across the street. It's called Ba'an Thai. 
We dressed up for this specal night for me and had 5 seafood courses meal with desserts. It was all yum !! We took loads of pictures too. Here are just some of them. There were 200 pictures all together from 6pm to 1230am. These are just a few. We just went crazy that night.
The restaurant just opened like a few days before we went there. One of our colleague, Eric, without our knowledge got a job there and served us. He even got me discounts !! 
This is only the eve of it. Wait till you see the real day !!

Open Day and Aunty Bedah's jewelry party

I had to present myself at the Open Day today so I managed to drag all three of them with me 
hey.. in return they got themselves cotton candy and some other stuff at the downstairs promo.
After that we all went to Aunty Bedah's house for her jewelry party  it was tempting and hypnotizing but unfortunately none of us can afford them 
oh then there's Crystal.. one of aunty bedah's babies. She has 3 of them. Aunt Catherine, Crystal and Casya. Aunt Catherine has cancer in her belly. Poor thing.
The white three we saw was somewhere in the city. It was drizzling so Meen decided to be a marshmallow (which turned out to be perfect !!)

Suci Bday !!

Suci turned 22 !! Happy Bday Suc !!
We went to Zen Restaurant and celebrate (her treat!!) It was nice. We had fish and seafood with fried rice. But the best part is always the desert. Fried ice cream.. yummy !!
We went home and waited til midnight for the official bday. We popped some party stuff which surprised her (and mostly me).

Day 3 - Melbourne
|

last day.
went to the botanical garden.. played with the swans.. went to the parliament hse.. found hard rock cafe.. swanston st.. aboriginal art shop.. lunch in gloria jean's cafe.. relaxing at BakPak with some music and a chatter box can't get any better than that
bus departs at 10.30 but there was another faulty with the bus (again!) so we were delayed for about an hour. reached adelaide around 7.30am the next day.
